We are committed to making Daylo an enjoyable, constructive and secure website. That’s why we’d like you to have a look at the following Terms of Service agreement. Please check back here periodically for updates.

Users of Daylo.com agree to abide by all of the following Terms of Service. Users are defined as any individual and/or business entity accessing Daylo.com or any of its subsidiary domains. This includes account holders (also known as members) and non-account holders (also known as non-members) alike. Account holders are Users who have created a Daylo username and password and have verified their email address. Non-account holders are Users who have not created a Daylo username and password, or have not verified their email address. Daylo reserves the right to add, remove and modify any or all Terms of Service without advance notice to Daylo Users. Such changes will be effective immediately upon posting to Daylo.com. If you do not wish to be bound by these Terms of Service, please do not access Daylo.com. By going to Daylo.com, Users agree to indemnify, Daylo employees, Daylo investors, as well as Daylo affiliates and their employees, completely unaccountable from and against any losses, damages and expenses, including legal fees, sustained and/or incurred from any claims and/or actions brought about by participation on Daylo.com. Such indemnification applies to all claims for infringement of copyrights, servicemarks, trademarks, proprietary concepts and/or intellectual property rights, as well as for violations of publicity and privacy. Users assume complete responsibility for defending such claims, and for recompense of damages, related losses and legal fees.

Daylo reserves the right to modify User Profiles (hereby referenced as “Profiles”), Requests for service (hereby referenced as “Requests”), Conversations and any message in association with such content. Daylo also reserves the right to reject and/or remove any Profile, Request and/or Conversation. Profiles, Requests, Conversations and/or associated message may be deleted at Daylo’s discretion without any advance notice to the individual or business entity submitting and/or viewing the content in question. Daylo may not be held accountable for any harm, injury, misrepresentation and/or loss of monies resulting from such actions, whether intentional or unintentional. Daylo also reserves the right to collect anonymous data regarding User activity and behavior patterns in an effort to improve performance and understand web trends. This data will only be used internally to enhance Daylo.com.

Daylo is a consumer services marketplace that facilitates connections between members Users. Daylo does not in any way arbitrate, mediate, participate in and/or resolve disputes between Users. Daylo does not guarantee the suitability, legality, licensing, bonding or accuracy of any service, individual service provider, business, Profile, Request, Conversation, and/or associated message. Such indemnification applies to all transactions and interactions that take place on Daylo.com, as well as all transactions and interactions that take place subsequent to establishing contact with any person and/or entity on Daylo.com. Daylo may not be held liable for the contents of Profiles, Requests, Conversations and associated messages, as well as any other content that is created by anyone using Daylo.com. Daylo may not be held responsible for the contents of any related websites, pages or links - including those of affiliates - that have been linked to by or on Daylo.com. Users agree to indemnify Daylo as harmless in the event of any technical malfunction, computer error or infection/virus, data loss, operational/mechanical failure, hacking or unauthorized use of any web sites or records, or any kind of damage or disruption to Daylo Users, employees and/or affiliates.

Legal rights of Users are determined by the specific service contracts entered into with specific service providers, as ordained by city, state and federal law. By accessing Daylo.com, Users agree to act in compliance with all city, state and federal laws. All transactions that take place on Daylo.com - or subsequent to establishing contact with any person and/or entity on Daylo.com - are subject to U.S. Interstate Commerce laws and tax regulations. Users agree to assume complete responsibility for complying with such laws and regulations without exception.

All Daylo Users assert that they are at least 18 years of age. Persons not meeting the minimum age requirement are not allowed to access Daylo.com or any of its subsidiary domains. Daylo and its affiliates may not be held responsible for participation on Daylo by individuals under the age of 18, solicited or unsolicited. Daylo reserves the right to remove and/or modify any Profile, Request, Conversation, associated message or any other content that is thought to be formed by a minor, warranted or unwarranted.

All pages, graphics, software, copy and information on Daylo.com and its subsidiary domains are the property of . Such content may not be redistributed or reproduced without the written permission of a member of Daylo’s Board of Managers. Daylo permits external linking to Daylo.com web pages, providing such pages are not served within any kind of a frameset and do not contain any content that is illegal or that violates these Terms of Service. All Profiles, Requests, Conversations and associated messages on Daylo.com are non-transferable between Users under any circumstances.

Users agree to refrain from doing and/or facilitating any of the following activities. Daylo Users may not: Publish, transmit and/or communicate or attempt to publish, transmit and/or communicate any type of copy, content and/or media that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, obscene, libelous or illegal

Invade or attempt to invade any User's, individual's and/or business’ right of privacy Use a Daylo account for any kind of unwarranted commercial or marketing activity Impersonate or attempt to impersonate any person, official or entity, or misrepresent any connection with any official, person or entity

Make false claims regarding suitability to provide services, including false allegations regarding education, licensing and/or bonding Publish, transmit and/or communicate or attempt to publish, transmit and/or communicate any content if you do not have written consent to do so by the author and/or owner of such content Publish, transmit and/or communicate or attempt to publish, transmit and/or communicate any content that violates the patent, trademark, servicemark, copyright or proprietary rights of any person and/or business

Publish, transmit and/or communicate or attempt to publish, transmit and/or communicate any content that contains a virus, corrupted data or anything else that may directly or indirectly compromise the security and/or privacy of Daylo, its affiliates or Users Use Daylo to publish, transmit and/or communicate or attempt to publish, transmit and/or communicate any information to be used by any private or public law enforcement agency, or to substantiate claims by any private or public law enforcement agency Publish, transmit and/or communicate or attempt to publish, transmit and/or communicate any fraudulent information in a Profile, Request, Conversation, associated message or anywhere else, on or through Daylo.com

Publish, transmit and/or communicate or attempt to publish, transmit and/or communicate any pornographic content Harm or facilitate the harming of minors, or help a minor log on to and/or open an account on Daylo Use Daylo in any way that negatively affects its availability and/or performance to its Users, affiliates and employees Publish or communicate any unjustifiable advertising materials, spam, chain letters or any other unwarranted kinds of solicitation

Use Daylo as a medium for communicating opinions and/or posting unwarranted private and/or public notices and messages Use any Daylo code, scripts and/or software without the written permission of a member of the Daylo Board of Managers Violate any applicable city, state and federal law Modify, remove and/or sell any content posted by any other User, person and/or business

Manipulate Daylo by using framesets in any way Create a Profile for any individual other than oneself Use Daylo to engage in or facilitate the committing of any crime and/or illegal activity

Collect, store, download and/or sell data about other Users, individuals and/or businesses Promote or publish information about illicit dealings, or any content that promotes physical harm or injury of any kind

Violate the Daylo Privacy Policy in any way whatsoever, intentionally or unintentionally If you witness a violation of these Terms of Service or an intent to violate these Terms of Service, please report this abuse immediately. We thank you in advance for your cooperation.
